ONE OF OUR SPECIALITIES

REFRACTIVE LASER PROCEDURES

Refractive eye surgery is non-essential eye surgery used to improve the refractive state of the eye and decrease or eliminate dependency on glasses or contact lenses. This can include various methods of surgical remodeling of the cornea (keratomileusis).

SMILE

Smile is a new minimally invasive technique that has a number of advantages compared to other laser vision correction procedures.

Trans PRK

TransPRK – NO TOUCH advanced surface laser ablation, utilises the sophisticated Schwind Amaris laser system.

Micro Keratome Lasik

In traditional LASIK, an instrument known as a microkeratome cuts a thin, hinged flap into the eye’s clear surface (cornea). Replacing the flap in LASIK promotes faster healing.

Femto Lasik

FemtoLASIK is a bladeless all-laser form of LASIK allowing for the most precise flaps combined with improved patient comfort by inducing minimal pressure on the cornea.

Cross Linking for Kerataconus

Keratoconus is a non-inflammatory eye condition in which the normally round dome-shaped cornea progressively thins causing a cone-like bulge to develop.
