Payment Policy

Please note that all medical aid co-payments as stipulated on the authorisation form are payable in full via credit card or cash on admission to the hospital, alternatively payment can be made paid prior to admission via EFT. Proof of payment will need to be emailed to us or submitted prior to arrival.

Any short payment from your medical aid is the responsibility of the patient to settle in full after being discharged from the hospital.

An authorisation letter is not a guarantee of payment from the medical aid.
